This adult beginner tennis coaching course is suitable for all adults who are new to tennis. This course will introduce you to the basic strokes such as forehand, backhand and serve and set you on the pathway towards playing some social tennis and beyond. It will be supportive and reassuring in approach. All you need to do is bring yourself with a positive approach and ideally a racket although we do have some spare ones if you haven’t your own!
